Our play space sessions are 60 minutes.

We highly recommend reserving your time slot in advance through our online reservation system.

Yes, older siblings are always welcome to play with their younger siblings.

Please use your best judgment and be mindful of other little ones who might also be playing in the shared space. For capacity reasons, older siblings will also be charged for a day pass to be with you in the play space, even if they aren’t actively playing.

We will have an activity corner with older kids in mind, located within the play space seating area for those siblings who might have aged out of the play space.

Walk-ins are not always guaranteed and may only be available if there’s a last-minute cancellation. Please check online to see if the time slot you’re requesting is available before coming to the play cafe. (This will avoid disappointed kiddos if the play space is full!)

You are welcome to arrive at any time within your 60-minute reservation window. No refunds will be issued if you’re unable to make it on time to take advantage of the full 60 minutes.

We know kids are unpredictable! Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your play session will receive a full refund, giving us enough time to offer your spot to another family.
