DIY General Event Rental
$300
Please note: This is a self-service rental and does not include event setup, serving, decorating, or cleanup by Bainbridge Play Cafe staff.

Need a space for your next gathering? Our DIY Event Rental is designed for people who want the freedom to create their own event without the cost of a full-service party package.
For $300, you’ll have the space for two hours to bring your own decorations, games, or activities to make the event entirely your own. Whether you're planning a birthday party, book club, D&D night, baby shower, craft night, or just a reason to get everyone together, our space is yours to enjoy.
You bring the people and the plans. We provide the space. At the end of your rental, simply clean up, pack up your belongings, and leave the space as you found it.
Your rental includes the full cafe space, with the option to add-on any of the services listed below. Timing for the rental space is flexible, but there is a 2-hour minimum. Whether you’d like an early morning rental, afternoon rental, or even a night time rental, let’s chat about it!
Please note there is no alcohol allowed on our premises.

Adult grazing boards and platters (priced per board)
Barista service upgrade ($150) - Includes a custom party drink for the birthday kid - to be discussed closer to the party date. This cost also includes drip coffee, Americanos, and hot/iced tea for adults, plus Italian sodas & steamers for kids. All other drinks from the coffee bar will be available for purchase.
Food & Beverage
Pre-filled favor bags (thoughtful, non-plastic items): $25 per child
Birthday crown, cape, or sash (keepsake quality): $50
