If you would like to pick up a physical gift certificate after purchasing one online, please speak to our host at the front desk, and she will create one for you using your unique gift certificate code that was emailed to you after purchase. If you would like the gift certificate that you purchased online sent directly to your recipient via snail mail, please let us know; we’re happy to stick it in the mail for you! (Please note that physical gift certificates will not be available until June 25th, 2026.)

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a Bainbridge Play Cafe gift certificate, you agree to the following:

1. Redemption
Gift certificates are sold as 5-pack or 10-pack play passes and may be used toward individual play sessions. All visits must be booked online in advance and are subject to availability. Please call ahead if you plan to use a gift certificate for walk-in play.

2. No Expiration
Play pass gift certificates do not expire and may be used at any time.

3. Non-Refundable
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Non-Transferable
Gift certificates may not be resold and are intended for use by the original recipient or purchaser.

5. Reservations Required
A reservation is required for each visit. A gift certificate does not guarantee entry without a confirmed booking.

6. Use of Passes
Each play pass is valid for one child for one play session. Passes may be used across multiple visits until all passes have been redeemed.

7. Waiver Requirement
All adults and children must have a signed waiver on file, updated once per year, prior to entering the play space.

8. Policies Apply
All standard play space policies, including age guidelines and health policies, apply when redeeming a gift certificate.

9. Lost or Stolen Certificates
Bainbridge Play Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.

10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
